Service Description

In our weekly container we will focus on the flow of our personal energy and the energy centers to bring clarity to what seeks to be alchemized in our lives and body. Each week a guide book will be provided to attendees and by the end of the 8 weeks we will have journeyed through our personal energy and learn more about what unique energies we posses and how we can use our energy to be the alchemist of our own lives. We will learn about sound frequencies, vocal toning, creating affirmations and somatic movement around each energy center.
